my husband loves to eat radishes with salt sprinkled on top. and i like them too but would rather be eating chips! so this recipe is perfect.  i have the crunch of a potato chip with the added benefit of it being a healthier alternative.

|what i used|
radishes
olive oil (or whatever you have)
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper


|how i used it|
preheat oven to 300 degrees.
wash radishes + dry completely with a paper towel.
thinly slice your radishes (i used a mandolin).
brush each slice with oil. this works great using your fingers too and arrange on baking sheet.
season with s & p.
bake for about 30-40 minutes. i turned the tray once while cooking and let the radishes stay in the oven until they were dried and crispy.
ps//don't overcook...and if you want a less crunchy "chip", reduce the cook time.
