leftover herb roasted chicken, flatbread, bbq sauce, fresh pineapple, goat cheese, caramelized onions + red peppers, fresh herbs (parsley + rosemary), and some ground black pepper
|how i used it|
spread a little bbq sauce on your flatbread. sprinkle on some chopped herbs, add your cooked chicken, pineapple, veggies, and top with cheese. ground some pepper on top and toast directly on the oven rack at 400 degrees for about 10-12min. (if you don't want a crisp pizza, place on a baking sheet instead).
eat it up.
ps//this works great on the grill too.
