It took me a moment to figure out what was depicted in the art. How interesting to be able to take something that is often cast aside and thrown away and see the beauty in it. And the quote, by Maya Angelou, inspiring and beautiful as well.

Seriously, you find some really unique pieces. When your blog page loaded, I could only see the top portion of the photo, so I thought it was some kind of monument/memorial... but it's even cooler! :-)
yes! i love art that is unique and out of the ordinary. even more, artwork that evokes some sort of emotion and internal dialogue. the best pieces of art for me are those that encourage conversation, stir up your emotions and have a story to tell. i'm glad i can continue to share creative works of interest to me and have others like them as well. as always, thank you all for stopping by;)
