BUDDY + 3 little birds

I met a Rastafarian.  His name is Buddy.  Buddy Marley to be exact and quite possibly could be a distant relative of our doggie boo.  He's such a kind soul, mellow, and chill living the good life now.  I met Buddy Marley while having a sidewalk dinner with my sweet boy.  I like to people watch...dog watch...and create stories for all that pass by.  Buddy's story is no exception.  He's a rescue and his owner was so proud to tell us his story and how he's changed his life.  They are partners in crime, a dynamic duo, and wherever he goes, Buddy is not far behind. Buddy was rescued from an owner who could no longer care for him. He was transported across several states to arrive at his new home. And now, Buddy Marley is living the good life. 

Our dinner was over... We left Buddy Marley stretched out on the sidewalk, content and peaceful enjoying the afternoon sun.  More people passed by, and I wondered what stories they could tell.  Were they rescued from a situation like Buddy Marley, given a second chance in life, or perhaps had finally found love?  Everyone has a story which includes good and bad.  It's the premise of our lives and even though we may not be able to write what happens in the beginning, middle or in the end, just keep going.  Enjoy all that surrounds you, embrace those who love you, and remember, you are not alone.  Even though our lives may not take the path we intended and we may have some hardships along the way....keep it moving as you have no idea as to what awaits.  Just keep on living and enjoy your good life.
